Northwest native Ian McGlocklin Sinclair is a Los Angeles based cinematographer and member of the International Cinematographers Guild whose career has taken him from China to Central America and across the lower 48 States.  From feature films to documentaries and commercials Ian has worked on countless projects with name talent such as Carmen Electra, Bill Pullman and Ernst Borgnine.  He has shot six features to date including the Breckin Meyer indie comedy Corporate Affairs (2008) and his artistry as cinematographer on the short film Gabriel y Gato won the 2003 Chrysler Million Dollar Film Festival competition.  He has also been a Chief Lighting Technician on over three-dozen narrative features and short films, and has served as camera operator on numerous projects from features films to live musical performances via Yahoo Music.

Additionally, a number of his commercial cinematography credits include spots for AAMCO, Blue Cross, Direct TV, AARP and Prince Tennis.  His most recent endeavors include shooting Guest House Film’s forth feature Make the Yuletide Gay and director Aprill Winney’s second feature film The David Dance.  When not on set Ian enjoys staying sharp by photographing his life, practicing Bikram yoga, eating healthy and being in the presence of his friends.
